Responsibilities

Support for current PLM (IPS-Search), CAD (Autodesk Inventor) solutions;
Mastering and maintaining the PLM system;
Organization and maintenance of CAD user access records;
Processing user support requests for PLM/CAD/CAE systems;
Execution of tasks according to internal project implementation schedules;
Creation and management of support tickets on external service providers' websites or via email
Training company employees to use CAD;
Participation in work automation at design stages, in PLM/CAD/CAE implementation projects, integration projects;
Participation in the development of PLM system user and administrator manuals;
Participation in the analysis of failures in automation systems for production design preparation and taking measures to eliminate them;
Participation in procurement procedures, development, and approval of technical specifications (TS).
Interaction with domestic and foreign providers of CAD services and licenses on routine issues and technical support.

Requirements

Education: Higher.
Requirements for professional experience: experienced user or administrator of software, with additional experience in installation or administration of IPS (Search), as well as setting up and administering license server monitoring systems
Language requirements: Intermediate level of English (knowledge of technical terminology, experience in conducting negotiations and business correspondence).
Proficiency in PC and software applications: confident user of Microsoft Office, familiarity with PLM/CAD software applications.
Main psychological characteristics: Stress resistance, result orientation, ability and willingness to work in a team.

Working conditions

Normal working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 (Sat, Sun - day off);
Official employment (full compliance with the Labor Code);
Payment of wages twice a month (without delay);
The level of salary is discussed at the interview.
