Improving the FDU efficiency

KMZ offers modernization or replacement of the current fleet of smoke exhausters at CHPP (Combined Heat and Power Plant) or GRES (Hydroelectric Power Station) with the following benefits:

• Reducing the energy consumption of smoke exhausters by 10-30%;
• Improving the maintainability and reliability of equipment through the use of modern designs developed by KMZ JSC;
• Reducing abrasive wear;
• Reducing the noise;
• Use of electric motors with greater maintainability;
• Preservation of existing foundations and flues;
• Reducing the inertia load on the motor;
• Confirmation of the declared parameters on the territory of the KMZ plant or at the customer.
