Responsibilities

Organization and execution of commissioning and testing work at the customer's site
Equipment preparation and acceptance
Organization of commissioning works (balancing, start-up and adjustment)
Quality control of equipment operation, making adjustments, and adjustments
Measurements (vibration, horizon, alignment)
Calculations, conclusion about serviceability of individual parts, units, mechanisms, systems, identification of causes of their failure
Equipment defect elimination identified during commissioning works
Maintenance of technical documentation
Instructing the customer's personnel on the operation rules of the commissioned equipment and systems

Requirements

Technical education,
Experience as a commissioning and testing engineer from 1-3 years (desirable),
We are ready to consider candidates with experience as a master of the assembly section of running gear, a mechanic - at machine-building enterprises,
Knowledge of methods of installation, adjustment and setting up of equipment,
Knowledge of measuring instruments, devices and devices used in checking, adjusting and testing,
Knowledge of the organization of installation, adjustment and repair work, testing and maintenance of equipment,
Knowledge of how to make estimates for the work, applications for equipment, materials, spare parts and measuring tools,
Responsibility, quick learning, organizational skills, communication skills, independence, effectiveness in work,
Willingness to travel.
