Responsibilities

  • Organization and execution of commissioning and testing work at the customer's site
  • Equipment preparation and acceptance
  • Organization of commissioning works (balancing, start-up and adjustment)
  • Quality control of equipment operation, making adjustments, and adjustments
  • Measurements (vibration, horizon, alignment)
  • Calculations, conclusion about serviceability of individual parts, units, mechanisms, systems, identification of causes of their failure
  • Equipment defect elimination identified during commissioning works
  • Maintenance of technical documentation
  • Instructing the customer's personnel on the operation rules of the commissioned equipment and systems

Requirements

  • Technical education,
  • Experience as a commissioning and testing engineer from 1-3 years (desirable),
  • We are ready to consider candidates with experience as a master of the assembly section of running gear, a mechanic - at machine-building enterprises,
  • Knowledge of methods of installation, adjustment and setting up of equipment,
  • Knowledge of measuring instruments, devices and devices used in checking, adjusting and testing,
  • Knowledge of the organization of installation, adjustment and repair work, testing and maintenance of equipment,
  • Knowledge of how to make estimates for the work, applications for equipment, materials, spare parts and measuring tools,
  • Responsibility, quick learning, organizational skills, communication skills, independence, effectiveness in work,
  • Willingness to travel.
