Replacement of the ZVVZ axial smoke exhauster

Replacement of a foreign-made axial smoke exhauster of ZVVZ brand while keeping the same overall and connection dimensions and installing onto its existing foundation.

Explosion-proof implementation of a forced-draft fan made of stainless steel, outdoor operation, +250 °C temperature of the handled medium. Requirement for capability of at least 2 years of non-stop operation.

Delivery of forced-draft fans in assembled condition. Solving the issue of bearings vibration that occurs during operation of the currently installed foreign-made forced-draft fan.

Development of a one-of-a-kind axial aerodynamic configuration. Use of reinforced bearing assemblies. Different cooling types for each bearing assembly: grease lubrication for inner bearing, water cooling for outer bearing.

The forced-draft fan was put into operation in 2017. It has been operated virtually non-stop for more than 7 years. No issues with bearing vibration, which had occurred when operating the foreign counterpart, emerged.
